I’ve been going to the gym for a few months now, following the strength programmes available on /r/fitness using StrongApp when I’m at the gym and it’s great!
I wanted to introduce Starting Stretching by /u/phrakture into my routine. Having an Apple Watch, I knew the Watch was an excellent tool for quickly tapping through timers, but I couldn’t find any apps that allowed for configurable routines, or with a decent Apple Watch app.
Being a software developer - I naturally set off on building my own!
StretchKit will let you build your own stretching routines (or use the community’s) and really easily complete the stretching routine using your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, syncing the activity to the Health app.
